    Francesco Nocera

    Francesco Nocera is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Politecnico di Bari (Italy) with particular interests in Cyber Security, Software Engineering and Software Architecture fields. 

    Main research topics are: Secure Software Engineering, Secure Programming, Self-adaptive Systems, Secure software design in shared and distributed context, Cloud Computing and Internet of Things. 

    He is a member of SisInfLab and the local node of the CINI Cybersecurity Lab. 

    He is the Politecnico di Bari Responsible for the National project CyberChallenge.IT, the first Italian training program in cybersecurity for high-school and undergraduate students.

    He holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering and the Ph.D. in Electrical and Information Technology Engineering from Polytechnic University of Bari.
